Gloria Adjoa Appiah-Lamptey, the footballer’s estranged wife, filed a third appeal after the court dismissed her second appeal in a bid to stay in a seven-bedroom East Legon mansion built by the footballer despite being arrested for adultery.

After 20 years of marriage, DNA testing indicated that the player never fathered any of their three children, in a shocking exposé that signaled the end of the partnership.

However, Kumchacha stated that he would not have had the strength to go through what the footballer went through with his ex-wife. If it had been him, Kumchacha stated he would have committed suicide.
