This mysterious woman, who we have yet to name, was on the roof, and the folks in the area were amazed at how she got there eiii.
When asked what she was doing on top of the roof, she was overheard saying some phrases only she could comprehend, but when pressed, she refused to reveal her goal and also refused to down.
While many have speculated that she may be suffering from dementia, some believe she is a witch who failed to land safely after attending their meeting.
